"I love the Z Soul shoes. They are cute and snug on my feet, in a good way. I love the side zipper so I don’t have to tie my shoes. The color is fun, too. My only hesitation to Taos shoes is the inability to exchange sizes for sale shoes. When Taos fit, it’s amazing, but when they don’t, I’m out a hefty amount of money. The Z Soul will probably be my last Taos shoes."
"Disappointed because I love the look of this shoe. Not as comfortable as expected. Hard spot on inside of shoe near little toe. Has rubbed a sore with only 15mins of wear and shoes are not too tight at all. Canvas is very stiff and hard. Footbed and arch support are great. Look great. I sized up based on reviews. . . . glad I did, definitely run a little small."
"I ordered these shoes and didn't realize they were the wrong size but the order didn't allow for modifications. Is it possible to exchange them for a 7. 5 size. The box hasn't been opened and it's disappointing that there is only a 30 day return policy. I've wanted to buy these shoes forever. I wear taos shoes all the time."

"I should have checked to see if these were wide fit. They looked lovely but the zipper kept coming undone. I threaded my lace through it which worked to keep them up. I found them lower than my zieras at the back me and my feet were hurting by the end of the day. I gave them to my friend even though I loved the look of them."
