I purchased them as a clearance item and can’t return them for a new size or style which is also disappointing. That was my bad for not reading the return policy more carefully."
"The shoe is very comfortable and appears to be well made. I ordered a size 8 and that usually fits with a bit of room to spare. My toes and heel are exactly at the top and back of the shoe. There is no extra room. I am a bit concerned that at some point my toes will start to push forward and hang over. Taos sandals fit me very well, so I ordered my usual size, but unfortunately, I have a previous great toe injury and this was just a little too uncomfortable on that injured toe and I did have to return these shoes. Customer service through email was horrible, would get an automated response. Finally after a week of me sending messages, I finally got an email from a person. I feel my feet are stable and supported in them, I’m not worried about twisting my ankle or falling while wearing them on normal floor surfaces, however, I wouldn’t wear them on rough terrain."
