"Nowhere did I see that the sandals I purchased could not be returned. I have other Taos sandals that I love (and I know what size I wear), but these rub the side of my foot and I cannot wear them. I already reached out to customer service but they offered only to send a different size, which is not the problem. Very disappointing to spend so much on a pair of sandals that hurt my feet."
"Love all of Taos shoes. This is my third pair. I love the Cognac color they come in. They’re adjustable so you get a perfect fit. That being said my other two pairs are a size 7 so I ordered these in a 7 and they were too short. However even though they were a “final sale” Taos exchanged them for a bigger size. It was easy and simple to do. So, not only do you get a great pair of shoes but their customer service rocks!!"
"These easy-slip in slides really stick to one’s feet. They’re adjustable, so they’re super dafe and feel secure if you’re a wobbly walker. With their authentic leather tops, they look good and the firm-fitting foot beds are comfortable and supportive. These feel much better than I expected. you don’t have to “wear them in. ”"
"I've been on a quest for the best classy looking sandal with actual arch support and walking comfort and decided I really needed something slip on. After stalking the summer markdowns at Taos for like 2 months and some others that I really wanted selling out in my size (customer service emails asking why discounts promised in ads weren't coming through and more was involved. . . honestly, that part was knock-a-star-off-this-review frustrating that ads with expired discounts were floating around my internet eco-system). . . well, I finally got these and these are GREAT. They fit great, feel amazing, customize to my high arches nicely with the adjustable straps. Im hoping the velvety soft footbed stays nice for a long time. But all in all, absolutely my best everyday sandal in forever."
