"I travel almost weekly for work and love the zipper at airports. Easy on, easy off. Unfortunately, the zipper does not stay up, and I'm always bending over to rezip it. When I have a long walk through an airport and I'm trying to make a connection, the added time to rezip sucks (yes, I know it's only seconds, but doing it 20+ times adds up). I love TAOS, but there has to be a fix for the zipper issues."

I am a size 38 and I did not notice the recommendation to size up on the Z Soul, and, as I bought it on sale I understand I can't exchange it. Perhaps it would be fairer to your customers, to get the makers in Vietnam to make the shoe true to size, to avoid the sizing confusion.
